Merchant bank fee for use of a bank card. (Must be Paid on-line prior to inspection.) 3%

As far as payment, cash or check is preferred. Simply bring it to the inspection or if you are not attending you can leave it with your agent or we can discuss alternate ways to get payment to me. If you would like to use a credit card, let me know and an invoice will be emailed to you to pay secure on-line. There is a 3% processing fee that will be added to help offset merchant fees. 


I try to schedule inspections beginning at 9:00 am Eastern time. Appointments are based on availability and location. (Logistically, normally it is necessary to place distant locations first or last to ease traveltime issues.) Please contact me so we might best coordinate this into both of our schedules. Your arrival time, should you choose to attend, would normally be one hour later than our scheduled start time unless we discuss differently at the time that we book the appointment. In most cases, you get your reports via email on the same day of the inspection.

Although it is not necessary, I do encourage my clients to attend the last portion of their inspections. To better serve you and make this a more informative and enjoyable experience for you, I will arrive earlier and have most of the field portion of the inspection completed prior to your arrival. This will allow us at your leisure to review all that I have already inspected and finish it together. This will help you get comfortable and familiar with this property. This is for you. I am honored to be a part of such an important event in your life! I am going to give you all the time you need to gain a strong knowledge of the property. If you are unable to attend, I will make extra efforts to detail your report with any little things I might have verbally told you had you been present. I do ask if you are planning on attending to be punctual. I might have appointments after your inspection that I need to be punctual for.


If your schedule does not allow you to attend or send someone in your stead, we can do your inspection at our earliest convenience unaccompanied and get the report in to your hands. If there is a MAJOR ISSUE, one that could cause you to walk away from the property, we will meet you back at the property at both of our earliest conveniences to evaluate and explain the issue to allow you to have a good understanding of it for making your purchase-related decisions free of additional charge. If you send someone in your stead everything will be expalined to them to relay to you.
